Happy Easter card next to purple flowers

Easter is coming up quick! And while you no doubt already have your holiday to-do list, it’s always a good idea to have extra activities planned, in addition to your Easter dinner. When bringing the whole family together, it's tricky to find games and activities that everyone in the family will enjoy. So, today, in honor of the upcoming Easter celebration, we thought we'd share ideas on how to make your Sunday more fun for everyone in the family.

Top 3 Best Easter-Themed Activities

  1. Team Egg Hunts: Take the traditional Easter activity that everyone loves to a new competitive level. Divide the group into two teams. Select one representative from each team to find a colored egg that the other team hid. Play as many rounds as it takes for everyone to have a turn. Whichever team finds their eggs first in each round gets a point!
  2. Egg Toss: For this game, you’ll want everyone to have a partner…and you’ll probably want to play it outside to avoid clean up. Or instead of using real eggs, you may want to opt for plastic eggs filled with jelly beans to avoid a mess. Have each pair face each other and take turns tossing the egg to each other while taking a step further away after each toss. The pair that keeps their egg intact the longest wins!
  3. Jellybean Relay Race: Divide the group into two teams. For this game, you’ll need a large bowl of jellybeans, a spoon for each player, and a small paper cup for each team. Place the large bowl of jelly beans on one side of the room and two small paper cups on the other. Have one player from each team collect a spoonful of jelly beans to deposit in their paper cup. The first team to fill up their paper cup wins!

Pick out some cute prizes like a stuffed animal, a delicious chocolate bunny, or even a fancy box of chocolates for the winning team and get everyone in on the fun this Easter! For more fun activities to do with the family, visit our blog section on our GiftWorksPlus website!
